Our story began in 1998 with the opening of “Notte Fonda,” a family-run restaurant specializing in Apulian cuisine. After a decade in business, we decided to expand our culinary vision and in 2008, Ristorante Giannino in Torre a Mare was born. Over time, guided by training courses, international travel, and experiences, our mission has become to offer not only high-quality, locally sourced food but also a culinary experience that engages all the senses.
Today, in response to the growing tourist demand in the area, we have decided to enrich our offer and propose an exclusive made-in-Puglia stay experience for anyone seeking classy and relaxing hospitality. Just a few steps from the sea and our restaurant, we have brought a historic early 20th-century villa back to life to transform it into our vision of a boutique hotel: a place where every desire can become reality.
